These terms and conditions have been set up to protect the client and Graphic Affair Limited. Please note that we are very flexible, so if you have any questions or wish to discuss any of these terms and conditions at any stage please feel free to send an email. All designs on this website have been created by and are owned by Graphic Affair Limited - do not reproduce any of our work.

Graphic Affair Limited uses personal client information (name, email address, postal address, phone numbers etc) in the process of creating some design work. No other party has or will have access to your personal information.

The designs created for you may be used in advertising material, can feature on this website, or can appear in any other portfolio promoting Graphic Affair Limited. Your name and contact details will be kept private.

Any design work carried out by Graphic Affair Limited will be charged to the client. If it is a design & print job, and you do not wish to go ahead with any printing or if you wish to stop further work on your project the original price will be amended to cover the work completed to this point only.

Payment is due within 7 days of the date of issued of an invoice, or if printing work is involved payment is due upon receipt of goods. If you need to pay your invoice off instead of one lump sum payment please let us know before design work commences as we are happy to work with you to find a suitable solution.

Every quote is based on x-number of hours worth of design work. Graphic Affair Limited is reasonably flexible with this, but if the number of modifications made by you exceed this timeframe hugely we will advise you that further work will increase the price. At this point we will give you the opportunity to make a final modification to create a final design before further costs are incurred, and we will be very upfront about this. We do understand that you need to be happy with your design work, and we are happy to work together to create this.

Please be aware that every computer screen is calibrated differently and colours will appear differently on different screens.

If the assitance of a debt collection agency is requied in order to collect any outstanding payments owed to Graphic Affair Limited by the client the client is liable for any costs incurred during this process.
